Activities inserted not only in one day with time, but also the same on more days.
It could also be usefule use e redundancy like for outlook calendar, in oder to replicate the same **** a lot of times (example every third week of a month)

I have in my business multiple calendars between management software, desktop calendar, tablet and smartphone and I think this should allow them to update across platforms to avoid entering multiple times.266 votes
Thank you for your feedback! We’d like you to know that we’ve shipped some connectors in Microsoft Flow that will add your shifts to your outlook calendar. Please try it out here: https://us.flow.microsoft.com/galleries/public/templates/578985bec47d4d8ab4ad45b0d77e2207/add-new-staffhub-shifts-to-your-office-365-calendar

We would like to see options when copying schedules:
1. Choose which groups to copy (not every group follows the same pattern). This is so key!!! We cannot use the feature right now because it copies every group.
2. Choose if you want to add to or replace any existing shifts that are in the schedule
3. Option to leave any pre-approved vacation in place and not have it written over!64 votes
When deleting a person from a team, they still remain to be seen when moving forward in the schedule to future weeks you already had them scheduled for. This makes it cumbersome to continually remove them from these shifts throughout the remaining time you have them scheduled. It would be nice to have the option to 'delete pending shifts' when removing someone from the schedule.89 votes
Managers (or admin) should have access to changing employees’ shifts using the app. Currently the only way to change someone’s shift is by logging on to the site using a computer.160 votes
I would like to be able to drag and drop a shift either to another day or to another person. A copy drag (ctrl key modifier?) would be a bonus.68 votes
We are working on drag and drop for the schedule web app. We will let you know as soon as it goes live!
Display the custom label for a shift in the app as it is displayed on a desktop.23 votes
We are actively working on fixing this and the fix should be available in the next release of our iOS app.
Organisations such as the Fire & Rescue Service require a minimum staffing level to operate. Dedicated shifts systems form the basis to provide the staffing requirements. Once structured staff can then formulate their own shifts following simple principles on numbers skills (groups) and hours required.156 votes
This will make large schedules easier to navigate to the group you need.
Collapse all groups makes it quicker to find the group you are working on.
AND, filter to specific groups makes it easier to navigate around the page. having to go all the way back to the top to change views and back to bottom to see your group is time consuming and frustrating.26 votes
I work for an events venue and all our bookings/events/functions are organised on an outlook calendar. if i could sync that calendar within staff hub then it would half my time, i would just need to allocate people to the events...34 votes
In my team, some of the employees are allowed Home Office 4x a month, currently there is only option to request time off via the StaffHub application, but could there also be an option to request working from home pending manager's approval8 votes
We have very set shift times with standard breaks everyday. It would make it easier for managers to assign people to, say the lunch shift, rather than creating a new shift every time sometimes forgetting to add the breaks etc.9 votes
From the StaffHub App, staff should be able to see other team members shift information.
When we build shifts, its not only shifts to be in the store but to deliver and go to clients location. In those cases, there's the need to be able to view other staff's shift that is going to same client.
Also, registration of location function might be an idea...29 votes
We are working on cross team/ multiple teams feature. We will let you know as soon as it goes live!
There is a week view and a month view but most organisations schedule and do payroll on a bi-weekly schedule. It would be very useful to be able to look at the schedule with a bi-weekly view that matches the payroll period. Often we need to look at the schedule in this bi-weekly view to ensure everyone is assigned the correct number of hours. Now we have to toggle back and forth between weeks and count the hours16 votes
your plans fall through and you are available to work. having the option to cancel approved leave periods, which the administrator either simply gets a notification for, or can approve/deny the changes.102 votes
Thanks for your feedback. We are looking into this idea, and will consider it in the future
Staff are part of multiple teams; allow the ability to calculate all hours for all teams scheduled for that week
I have 3 separate Teams. Mostly different staff on each team but a few that are on all 3 teams.
Would like to have a total for staff that includes all the hours they are scheduled in a week across all teams, rather than only showing the hours scheduled in one specific team at a time.
This will help avoid OT when using the "open shift request" function.6 votes
Apply all option for adding across weeks or months. I have to right click and add shift or copy/past it.. I should be having options to apply till date or apply for a month.118 votes
Have a button on the top that says TODAY so that you do not have to scroll 2-3 months to get back to the current date.
Have a TODAY button at the tope of the screen so that as you are viewing monthly schedules you can default back to the current date.6 votes
It would be helpful for my team to get an alert on their mobile device 15 minutes before an "Activity" is suppose to occur. Sometimes the team gets bogged down during regular work and looses track of the clock. A reminder (like an Outlook Meeting Event) would be of great help.
Bonus points if the manager can toggle if an alert is needed for a specific Activity or not.4 votes
