Create StaffHub teams from existing Office groups.
It would be a good functionality if we could create StaffHub teams out from existing Office groups. As it is now the StaffHub team creates an Office group. Just like the fuction we have now with Teams where we can bind a new team with an existing Office group.

copy & paste shift details including activities
If I want to use the same detailed shift (activities, lunch & breaks) from one day to the next or one person to another I can't currently do this. When I copy the shift, only the shift time and notes copy.

Provide a space to capture Employee ID Numbers
Provide a space to assign an ID # to an Employee and allow this field to be exportable with the schedules.

We’re working on adding Employee Custom Fields, similar to the Team Custom Fields we’ve released. This would allow an organization to add an Employee ID field for each user, and will be available in reports. -
Expand Team or Company Hierarchy, i.e. Supervisor > Manager > Team Member
It would be nice to create a team/company hierarchy whereby managers have supervisors who have team members below. That would allow Supervisors/Managers to approve and/or review staff shifts/activities while their managers have visibility and can create reports.

Changing month view
I was wondering if someone could take a look at changing the way the month view looks for the calendar. I was hoping it would look like what you would see in a physical calendar. You see the whole month in one giant format. Not broken up.

Locking a Pay Period after shifts entered into Payroll
Staffhub isn't connected to an actual payroll system, so the information provided in Staffhub gets transferred into the payroll software/system used by each company. However, there's no current way at the moment for administrators to show that they have transferred data across. I have a situation where I have local managers changing Staffhub AFTER a payroll period has ended and the data has already been entered into the payroll system. This results in people getting paid incorrectly as shifts are missed. Due to the vast number of people that I roster it is not feasible for me to be notified…

Additional Account level: Write access (at now only Admin and Read)
to have an additional account level with write access to allow modification on shifts but not able to modify members, teams and admin stuff

Create a view that displays all shifts for an individual team member
When you want to delete a team member from a group or team, you're blocked from doing so if that team member has any shifts or even time off scheduled (apparently, past or future) and there is no easy way to delete all shifts for that user, which makes deleting such a user almost impossible. You should be able to at least delete them from a group, where they clutter up the list of group members, regardless of past or future shifts or absences. Provide a warning or create a list of orphaned shifts in a separate group, but let…

Would like to see the ability to add several members with the same permission level to a group at one time, the way you can when you share documents.It is cumbersome to have to click “add a member”, then type their name, select them from the suggested list, then save for each individual.

Add Business TRIP approval and scheduling
Staffhub could also be used as a place to record business travel:
1) it also often needs to be approved (often for organisational and legal purposes)

Tracking Attendance: Staff timetable
This timetable works great for hourly staff and interchanging shifts, however it would be great for presence visibility for 9-5 office employees and when they are away from the office (holidays, offsite, sick days). Also being able to load in, by each staff member so they can track how many holidays they have used and unused, personal leave days, sick days, etc.
Also using organizational tree synced from Active directory (as shown in Microsoft teams) when requesting to book time off, each staff member should only be assigned to 1 person to request for approval.

Create a high level dashboard view
The dashboard is used to calculate key statistics such as the number of days worked, days off per absence reason (eg Vacation, Sick) for all staff and percentages based on trends (last year employee X was off 23 times, this year 12 times, down 48%)

Get users phone number from Exchange
when we create a new O365 user, we include their phone number in the Exchange data... you find the name from Exchange... just use the phone number if it is there!

Create default for all day on/off calculations
If our standard workday is 8 AM to 5 PM with a 60 minute unpaid break, the automatic calculations of total individual/group hours worked (and time off) should reflect these adjustments when an employee select all day off.
Likewise, if our default work hours are set as 'off' for weekends, then the time off calculations should not include the weekends in their totals when an employee requests time off for a period that extends across multiple days or across a weekend.

Thank you for your suggestion! We’ve released a preliminary version of this feature on our mobile devices that allows you to set how soon before your shift you are notified. This is a work in progress, so we’ll be improving on this feature. Let us know if you have any suggestions or ideas.

Thanks for your suggestion! We’ve released a similar version of this feature on our Android app that allows you to turn off notifications while you are working or while you are not working. This is a work in progress, so please feel free to let us know any suggestions and improvements.
