We’re working on adding Employee Custom Fields, similar to the Team Custom Fields we’ve released. This would allow an organization to add an Employee ID field for each user, and will be available in reports.
It would be a good functionality if we could create StaffHub teams out from existing Office groups. As it is now the StaffHub team creates an Office group. Just like the fuction we have now with Teams where we can bind a new team with an existing Office group.224 votes

It would be nice to create a team/company hierarchy whereby managers have supervisors who have team members below. That would allow Supervisors/Managers to approve and/or review staff shifts/activities while their managers have visibility and can create reports.

While creating shifts for large volumes of teams, if recurring holidays and off days can be auto assigned to groups, it will save time and effort for the admin.
Similary, if we can create rules of types of Shifts, such as Day Shift, Afternoon Shift, Mid Shift, Night Shift, etc and again auto assign this will help with creating schedules across.8 votes

Add the option to change what is displayed on the my schedule page within the app. Instead of only showing what group the shift is in, underneath it's scheduled time, allow the option to show the shift name or a snapshot of the notes (which is how I currently title my shifts).2 votes
StaffHub is a fancy calendar. Can it just build on the calendar everyone is already using (Outlook)? The problem with these types of apps is that to start using them you need to enter the same information in multiple different places to make sure it's visible to everyone who needs to see it. I like the idea of StaffHub but in an actual team these types of changes would increase its usability, effectiveness, and adoption rate.1 vote

Add multiple members to a group
Would like to see the ability to add several members with the same permission level to a group at one time, the way you can when you share documents.
It is cumbersome to have to click “add a member”, then type their name, select them from the suggested list, then save for each individual.1 vote

The current printing model of the MONTH scale is not as good as the previous model, 15 team members generated me 3 pages of monthly scale.

It should be possible to inform customers of shift / staff working for them. Maybe with a link.
Also the system does not give warning if one person is double planned!
Extra task can´t be added onthe desktop, only with phone.
Drag and drop is missing.

I find that the Daily / Shifts View / Turn off Distinguish by Group combination is the most suitable for our needs. Unfortunately I can't set that as my default view, and neither can anyone else.1 vote

This timetable works great for hourly staff and interchanging shifts, however it would be great for presence visibility for 9-5 office employees and when they are away from the office (holidays, offsite, sick days). Also being able to load in, by each staff member so they can track how many holidays they have used and unused, personal leave days, sick days, etc.
Also using organizational tree synced from Active directory (as shown in Microsoft teams) when requesting to book time off, each staff member should only be assigned to 1 person to request for approval.5 votes
Tag staff level labels with sorting. The level of the staff member (manager, senior, supervisor, staff, etc.)should be presented for large organizations where you may be looking for someone available at a certain staff level. The ability to sort by this label would also be crucial.23 votes

when we create a new O365 user, we include their phone number in the Exchange data... you find the name from Exchange... just use the phone number if it is there!9 votes
