  1. Add Ellucian Integration for Time Clock

    At my institution of higher learning, StaffHub is used for scheduling student employees. In addition to Office365, we use Ellucian online services. Currently, students must enter their times manually into a WebAdvisor time entry form. We would like to be able to link StaffHub to Ellucian so that students can clock in and out from the app and have it send that data to the Ellucian time tracking system which is integrated with our payroll.

  2. Count of different shifts done by each employee

    I have my team members doing 3 different shifts and is rotated as and when required.
    At the end of each month, I would like a count of each of the 3 shifts done by each employee.
    Eg. Employee A did 5 days of 8 AM to 6 PM, 10 days of 7 AM to 5 PM and 7 days of 10 AM to 8 PM shifts.

  7. Break Timer (counting down instead of up)

    Currently the time clock records the length of a user's break by counting from 0 like a stopwatch. To assist users in scheduling when to return from breaks, it would be useful to have this work as a 'timer' instead, by counting down from a specified time (e.g. 30 minutes) and sending the user a notification 5 minutes before the end of the break.

    A possible extension of this would be to let users or managers pre-define multiple break times - e.g Lunch - 30min, Break - 15min.

  8. Incorporating Presence with Time Clock

    For desktop users, I'd like to see presence awareness tied to the time clock. Just logging in to their desktop computer at the start of the day could result in a clock-in. Similarly, stepping away from the computer for a specified amount of time can result in an automatic clock-out.

    The total of on-computer presence could be tallied and added as a manager accessible note for each shift. Since presence is already a part of Microsoft Teams, and there is some cross-over in StaffHub function, I think it would make a ton of sense to incorporate the time clock function…

  10. Customise start/end of day time from something other than midnight so that daily summaries are reflected accordingly.

    We have a shift which runs from 12:30 - 00:30, and due to the fact 30 minutes of this exists past midnight, this means that the person on the previous day's 'late' shift always appears in the current day's summary of "Who's Working?". It would be great if (much like being able to choose which day of the week to set as the start) to be able to edit the time at which a day "starts" as something other than midnight.

  11. It would be helpful to be able to use the GPS location when clocking in on multiple sites

    If we could clock when our engineers get to a site from the GPS on there phone this would save alot of work on the engineer

  12. More detail needed in time clock export

    Need to get the the clock in/out time for everything and need the location details.

    It isn’t good enough to say an employee took 1hr if breaks (especially since the system only allows paid breaks anyway).

    It would also be good if the clock in/out were associated with activities of a shift and listed the activity codes.

    We need to have the time information of each break entry. Otherwise it confused payroll.

    Also need to know more info about the location not just that they were not at it. But where were they. In my tests people are getting marked…

  13. Time card details

    This would be a great replacement for our paper timecard system but we have to have the ability to see what job number an employee was on, what job code they logged, Small description of work as well as date and time. Would be great if we had the option to customize the fields an employee could enter as well as allow them to enter time manually if they forgot to clock in or out for a day.

  17. Allow staff to sign in for a shift without using the clock feature.

    Staff often get busy too and forget start and stop clock or mark breaks. Allow staff to simply input the hours they worked that day.

  18. Timecard export detail

    Their needs to be more detail in the time card export. Especially with the breaks. It just gives total time of breaks taken. But how many breaks was it. (4) 10 min breaks, (1) 10min and (1) 30min, (1) 40min.

    It really does matter, we need a lunch break to be at least 30min in order for it to be legally considered unpaid. Sure we schedule a 30min unpaid break but without being able to match it to activity on the timecard summary I don't know how to match things up.

  20. Admin Ability to Export Time Clocks For Multiple Teams

    We have several teams in StaffHub, what we need is to export the report of clocks of time (excel) a single block because we have 20 different teams and we need enter to each of them for having the consolidated

    I have 19 different teams and I need to be able to export the 19 time clock reports in a single click, now I have to export 1 for 1 all and it takes me too much time to group them.
