    Add UTC time to list of time zones

    When dealing with multiple and mobile teams we use UTC as the operational standard. And GMT is not the same as UTC. GMT appears to use BST

  2. Disable the time clock feature across the tenant

    Is there a way to disable the time clock feature across the tenant? We are interested in turning this feature off for all StaffHub users and I didn’t see any settings for this in the StaffHub admin center. Please advise?

  3. Automatic clock in and clock out by scheduled hours

    Some of employee using more than a phone. Nowdays employee keep an extra phone at the office when they could not reach to the office compound. They ask for a help from other employee to check in their working from the phone that left at office. This is one of the mistakes is being done. I suggest to have automatic check in and check out according to their working hours. It may help to reduce duplicate log in and it might help employment to have a check on it.

  5. Ability for managers to receive notification when an employee clocks in/out

    Notifications when an employee clocks in/out based on settings.
    Setting to allow admin users (or specific) to select if they would like to receive a notification when an employee has clocked in or out. In addition, the ability to select an alert/reminder when the employees next scheduled work day is (on the day of workday). In example, managing multiple schedules and keeping track of meeting with temporary or multiple traveling (airline inflight for example) may be important to ensure you meet with them for employee review, audit compliance, etc. or the ability to send a reminder alert to the employee…

    Turkey time zone is +3. But In your setup , Turkey looks +2 hours in time zone.

    Could you please check this settings.

  8. Admin Ability to Export Time Clocks For Multiple Teams

    We have several teams in StaffHub, what we need is to export the report of clocks of time (excel) a single block because we have 20 different teams and we need enter to each of them for having the consolidated

    I have 19 different teams and I need to be able to export the 19 time clock reports in a single click, now I have to export 1 for 1 all and it takes me too much time to group them.

  10. Allow staff to sign in for a shift without using the clock feature.

    Staff often get busy too and forget start and stop clock or mark breaks. Allow staff to simply input the hours they worked that day.

  11. Automatically email a weekly timesheet to a manager, or export it to Sharepoint/Onedrive.

    Now a manager or HR person has to login into StaffHub to manually export a timesheet to have an overview of actual hours worked.

    It would be handy to get an automatic mail (or even a Flow action) with the Excel overview.

  13. Adjusting time in and out for individuals before exporting to excel.

    Or have functions in the exported time sheet that will better compute the changes you make for errors in staff clocking in or out at the right time. As well as having a total amount of hours each staff worked during given time frame. At the moment I am having to create these features myself and it is quite the task. Lastly, if there was a feature that would allow you to export time sheets for individual specifically and if the export would have each staff having their own tab in excel.

  14. Push Time Clock data to a Custom List in SharePoint instead of Excel

    It would be so much better if all the data went directly to a Custom List instead of an exported spreadsheet. We do need additional metadata for that however, like clocking time against a specific task / calendar event.

  15. Clock Time Clock to Specific Calendar Item / To-Do Item

    It would be nice to be able to clock time for a specific shift. The Excel export doesn't specify what the time was used on, only when. We need more information than that.

  16. Let members add notes to the clock in/ clock out process

    if a member has to clock out outside his registered area for some reason (like a delivery or something before he heads home) then he can write a note for the exception while clocking out (or in) that will show his manager why. (this along with geo-location being showed where the clock out happened would be excellent for managers to verify if it is correct)

    Instead of showing 4.99 hours, allow the option to round to the nearest quarter-hour increment, in this example, 5.00 hours.
