  1. Shift labels in time sheet

    When looking at clock in data in the export show the shift labels so that managers and supervisors etc. can be differentiated from regular staff.

  2. Have a desktop application (or web) to click in and out

    For my employees who do not have a smart phones.. Would be great to be able to clock in and out using the web or the Staff Hubb application! I dont know wy no-one has think of that before.

  4. Track time in multiple departments.

    We have employees that are paid different rates depending on what department they clock into. The shift could be all day, but allowing them to switch from driver to installer and track times would be great.

    Add UTC time to list of time zones

    When dealing with multiple and mobile teams we use UTC as the operational standard. And GMT is not the same as UTC. GMT appears to use BST

  6. Disable the time clock feature across the tenant

    Is there a way to disable the time clock feature across the tenant? We are interested in turning this feature off for all StaffHub users and I didn’t see any settings for this in the StaffHub admin center. Please advise?

  7. Automatic clock in and clock out by scheduled hours

    Some of employee using more than a phone. Nowdays employee keep an extra phone at the office when they could not reach to the office compound. They ask for a help from other employee to check in their working from the phone that left at office. This is one of the mistakes is being done. I suggest to have automatic check in and check out according to their working hours. It may help to reduce duplicate log in and it might help employment to have a check on it.

  9. More integrations with Timeclock for reporting.

    Most companies have their time clock linked to their HR software to track time for pay purposes. Staff hub needs to be able to feed HR tools such as SAP, Workday, and Peoplesoft as the top HR tools

  12. Add a template for generic shifts

    Add a way to SAVE a SHIFT that includes breaks or lunches with or without PAID as an option, versus having to edit every individual shift.

  13. Break Timer (counting down instead of up)

    Currently the time clock records the length of a user's break by counting from 0 like a stopwatch. To assist users in scheduling when to return from breaks, it would be useful to have this work as a 'timer' instead, by counting down from a specified time (e.g. 30 minutes) and sending the user a notification 5 minutes before the end of the break.

    A possible extension of this would be to let users or managers pre-define multiple break times - e.g Lunch - 30min, Break - 15min.

  14. Incorporating Presence with Time Clock

    For desktop users, I'd like to see presence awareness tied to the time clock. Just logging in to their desktop computer at the start of the day could result in a clock-in. Similarly, stepping away from the computer for a specified amount of time can result in an automatic clock-out.

    The total of on-computer presence could be tallied and added as a manager accessible note for each shift. Since presence is already a part of Microsoft Teams, and there is some cross-over in StaffHub function, I think it would make a ton of sense to incorporate the time clock function…

  15. Timecard export detail

    Their needs to be more detail in the time card export. Especially with the breaks. It just gives total time of breaks taken. But how many breaks was it. (4) 10 min breaks, (1) 10min and (1) 30min, (1) 40min.

    It really does matter, we need a lunch break to be at least 30min in order for it to be legally considered unpaid. Sure we schedule a 30min unpaid break but without being able to match it to activity on the timecard summary I don't know how to match things up.

    Turkey time zone is +3. But In your setup , Turkey looks +2 hours in time zone.

  17. Bulk upload clock-in / out times captured from existing biometric systems

    It would be great if we can have a feature where in we can integrate our existing access card/ biometrics system with Staff hub. We are capturing In/Out timings using biometric systems and have the timings as an excel. It would be great if we can upload the excel as bulk data to Staff hub itself instead of capturing the in out times using Mobile staffhub app.
