In addition to the request for more colors. The color field text needs to be editable to more clearly identify the type of shift / shift condition. We are attempting to use StaffHub a means to scheduled filed service technicians and want to identify by color and text the condition of the scheduled job, such as confirmed / unconfirmed or urgent / emergency service, warranty, or no charge, etc...

There should an ability to add more than the specified colors. We use ours to identify who the manager is by color for shared resources. We have more managers than the colors allow so it’s hard to see how the shares resources are assigned by glancing at the weekly schedule and not having to dive into each shift.

Agree with "Christine" below ... we use colour to differentiate the type of job. For each Job we collect the following:

Job Requirement Type (signified by colour)
    Work Order No
    Description of Job

Currently we use Excel for this & choose the cell colour depict the type of job

is there any way to incorperate the color choices from Word or Excel? Like the crayon palette or the standard theme one?
I need to color code both workers and where they are stationed at times.

We use to designate lengths and types of shifts as we utilize a variety for our clinical staff. More options would help us better utilize the app.

All time off reason must be clearly identified as of shift. Definitively need more colors

Still not enough colours unfortunately. We colour-coded each team and could have used more colours to identify trades, bank days, etc. Should we open a new 'idea'?
