Add skills, certifications, and rules

For certain venues we are required to have particular numbers of staff with specific certifications (eg two staff with first aid certificates). It would be helpful to add a certification to a staff member and a rule for a shift that requires certain counts of staff with certain qualifications.

Skills would be great. Normally you have to have some worker with special Abilities, like forklift license or first aid...so, if you generate the possibility to add skills to people and connect this skill to a shift, for example, if you need a forklift driver per shift, this should be visibel for the planner.

This is gold. The ability to see who is allowed on certain sites would be fantastic. If we keep a list showing who had had what training in SharePoint, it would be great to integrate so we can see within StaffHub if someone is trained or not.
Many sites have 'induction' training and this would allow for efficient labour planning.

Our large employee base has many positions, training levels, and work locations. Also, it would be useful to be able to see department and duty assignments.
    For example:
    John Smith
    Desk Phone:
    Mobile:
    Email:
    Department:
    Position:
    Training Level

Can there be a feature where for the team members we can also add an option or additional field with Skillet details.. This would be very helpful when to staff some resources against skillset to see their availability at ease. Thank you.

... which should be pulled from their Sharepoint/Office 365 profile - or even linkedin.
