Hello,

Thank you for your interest in this idea. We have published a Flow that you can use to email your team when a schedule gets shared. You can find it here: https://us.flow.microsoft.com/galleries/public/templates/48922033b4ec4916aee9164176a8b757/email-your-entire-team-when-a-schedule-gets-published-in-staffhub

You can check out our other published flows at: https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/search/?q=staffhub

Thanks,
Aby (StaffHub team)

Please add the ability for a user to receive an email notification after any modification.

Was this resolved, is their a flow to email only the individual who's shift has changed?

    Hi Andrew,

The current implementation does not support the ability to tweak the flow to isolate to individuals that the changes affect. We have this in our backlog and will let you know as soon as we make it available.

    Thanks,
    StaffHub team

Awesome I see that! Is there a tweak to the flow available to isolate only individuals that the changes affect, or does this already do that?

I wanted to use Flow to make it so when a request off was approved, it would email all admins. Not every shift, just requests off. We have not yet implemented Outlook 365 or Exchange 365. We use an on-premise server.

Provide an option during publishing of the schedule to indicate if an email should be sent to team members notifying them of newly published schedule.

would like to receive all notifications via email rather than just on the app which might get missed

Email notifications are a great idea. Also, notifications from the app similar to social media apps, to alert the staff member that a change has occurred - new shift, deleted shift etc.

Yes, great idea but it would be good if the email is defaulted to send only for the impacted user, manager and scheduler with a need to know.
