Prohibit time clocking from a different location

Prohibit clocking the time clock from different location and return a message saying "sorry you cannot clock in from here". make it impossible to clock in on the time clock from a location other than the work location and return a message saying "sorry you can not clock in from here - please contact you manager" or something like that. managed through geolocation or within 50 meters of actual location.

ABSOLUTELY needed. It does make it rather pointless if you can't even see where they clocked in at. Plus, we deploy teams to various locations on a daily basis (engineering firm). Would be nice to have locations per group. That way groups can be managed on a weekly basis.

I don’t see the point of the location based time clock without this. The exported time summary doesn’t even let you know where they clocked in. Just if it was in the set location or not. How big the the systems radius?

staff may have varied locations to work from. As long as you can assign locations to staff that are allowed. Entering forgotten clock on or off information also needs to be considered.

Allow managers to draw or pinpoint work location on a map. This would benefit work locations which are not physically close enough to their street address (due to large parking lots, open plazas, campus layouts, etc).

That may be a bit heavy handed. Something that may be more effective is for the system to generate a flag in the managers screen that shows the person trying to clock in from a different location other than the job when they are going to be arriving late for work or for leaving work early and clocking out from the bar.

At the moment, I cannot get the clock to register anything except FALSE on the clock report even though the location is set and the phone location services is turned on an enabled for Staffhub.
