Project Schedules

As a small construction company we have multiple projects occurring across multiple locations. We would like to create a shift schedule for every project.
Having a manpower schedule to forecast upcoming work worker requirements would be very beneficial as well!

This is something which is high in request. Each project based company/department has got many employees on the payroll which play a part in various projects.

Each manager of a project would wants to see if an employee within the department is still available (so not planned in another project) to be able to plan the worker. I would sugget some kind of a button "Show/Hide shifts outside team" and a warning when the employee is booked somewhere else.

However a department head would want an overview of all his employees and projects within the department. He would also want to see the occupation degree of his employees or of all projects.

Thanks for your feedback. Your ideas sounds interesting, we probably need to brake it down into two suggestions: shift schedule by project and a scheduler that is resource based and not project based.

Thanks again for submitting your idea and helping us make StaffHub even better!”
