Instead of showing 4.99 hours, allow the option to round to the nearest quarter-hour increment, in this example, 5.00 hours.

    I do find the time clock very limiting. I'm not sure how many organizations do need the good old fashioned time clock where they have to clock in at the exact minute. I find it very impractical. If a staff is working from 8 to 2 they should be able to time in and say I started at 8 I'm finishing at 2 instead of the clock calculating their hours by 8:05 because that's the time they got to clock in
