Recurring shifts and Activities
Activities inserted not only in one day with time, but also the same on more days.
It could also be usefule use e redundancy like for outlook calendar, in oder to replicate the same **** a lot of times (example every third week of a month)
Hi all, looks like this feature is being rolled out in Microsoft Teams https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=43333).
Probably Teams will be the place to do scheduling in in the near future.

I would also like to have the ability to make a shift "recurring". Essential to planning semester schedule for student workers, and yearly schedule for full-time workers.
Any word from Microsoft on this?
holidays need to be prefilled. Not user friendly when making 2 wek on 2 week off shifts, or even 4 on 4 off.
Please come up with this soon!!! It takes so long to manually enter each shift.
I want this!
Found it very clumsy to create shifts for people week in week out. Especially when they are the same every week and I want to fill them out for the entire year. Also would like Bank Holidays prefilled
more useless information from Staff Hub -- a one time schedule is EASY how do you add a recurring schedule ---- MORE IMPORTANT
Agreed, I don't want to input weekly schedules every week. I need to specify a weekly schedule, and then have the program copy the weekly schedule forward for a period of time.
Need reoccurring shifts for people who work the same hours Monday - Friday
Since we have three different shifts. It would be great if I can only have my team only rather then searching individually. Hence morning shift/afternoon shift/ weekend shift. Only showing who’s working for that particular shift. Scrolling up and down doesn’t work.
Looking at the Microsoft Ignite event, it clearly looks like they are merging staffhub into Teams.
As Victoria said beneath here, this uservoice site is most likely just going to get a new name.
StaffHub, the independent app, is being retired, but not the concept. I anticipate that this uservoice site for StaffHub will be renamed eventually to Shifts.
My guess is this won't happen since Microsoft will be retiring StaffHub next year

In a 24/7 work environment, the ability to manage rotating shifts is essential. In my company, we have approximately 600 workers on one of 4 rotating 12-hour shifts (A, B, C, and D). The shift schedule repeats over a 4 week block of time as each shift rotates on and off duty days/nights. Below is an example. Each of the 4 shifts simply begins the cycle on a different week.
I need to be able to create these 4 schedules and tie them to a date that the schedule initiated (any time before go-live) and assign personnel to one of the 4 shifts.
I vote for this too!
This is absolutely necessary for any organization with more than a few people.
Very important to make this tool useful.

If we would have this Feature, i am sure many organizational Units within our company would start using StaffHub. If i as a consultant show them the tool, they are amazed. If i tell them about this particular limitation, they skip staffhub in the Evaluation for a solution. Therfore: a feedback on this one would be good, an implementation even better.

I actually logged in just to recommend this same point. I am a planning engineer with a service/project organisation. On the service side, we have lots of reoccurring services that reoccur quaterly, monthly, bi-annually or annually based on customer preference. It would be amazing to be able to set tasks to reoccur based on a selection made for that specific task. and also to be able to link to the CRM plugin available Dynamics. then I can build client history and have a great lookahead
Microsoft! The people have spoken! When are we going to get some feedback on this? Inquiring minds want to know!
