When employee is requesting time off do manager's get notification and when manager approves do employee get notification on the phone ?

    Submitting requests that do not get sent to managers is a completely worthless feature. The requests MUST be sent to the manager's email, at the very least, and to other channels as needed.

    There should be possibility to configure notifications on e-mails. And not just on APPs.

    Agreed, We use a 3 week rolling schedule and the managers vary rarely go back to the current week to see pending holiday requests. Email notification would suffice. I know there are Flows available but no ability to filter down to request type from what I can see.

    In addition it would be nice if the manager gets an email every time someone makes a request for time off. How will they know a new request comes in? Constantly checking the portal seems like overkill.
