Allow team members to self-declare their shifts

In our organization, some teams work in flexible hours, where the sum of presence matters, not the by-minute same shift participation.
As StaffHub already displays sum of scheduled time per team member, it would be easier to not pre-create a shift to be picked, but let the team member self-declare the expected from-to presence.

Our group is using Shifts to manage our desk sharing schedule. The issue is that you must be a "Owner" in the group to add + edit shifts, but we need Owners and Members to have the flexibility to add, edit, delete etc.

Would be nice to have the flexibility to set permissions on users so that they can allocate their own ***** etc but depending on the permissions set other members times in whole, just their groups or just their own.

I would say, this would improve the usability of the app
