open shifts

Currently, we have 17 groups and the we have a lot of open shifts. Is there a way to have all of staff see the open shifts so that they can request the shift instead of the people just in that group

Yes this would be extremely helpful as we have casual staff that would be nice to group together separate from our full time staff but they have to all be the same group in order to see the open shifts from the full time staff

this addition would allow ALL team members to view the open shifts available. Without the ability to do so, the supervisors and manager and unable to see if the shifts are properly staffed. This is a HUGR problem.
