Accessing team member duty history
It would be good to be able to see history of all duties allocated to a team member in set time, and be able to run a report showing when some duties were allocated to an employee, when they were shared and changed.
This should be visible for all admins.

Very useful idea. It will allow to know how many times shifts were changed and when they were communicated to the team member. It will provide evidence in case there are complaints related to shifts' changes.
I think this is a good idea to avoid conflict in case of staff saying he was not given sufficient notice period for the shift change.
