All employees see entire team schedule
This app would work really well as a way to share when employees are on vacation, out of office, etc. With Outlook this requires looking at everyone’s calendars individually, or trying to stack meetings on one group calendar and it doesn’t look very good! This platform offers the opportunity to see at a glance who is available/working on any given day or when they are out. This would be highly useful especially for our home office or traveling sales group to view from an app. Currently, the app only lets you see your own schedule or you can click on team members individually.
Right now, we use an excel file that is very clunky. This platform (StaffHub and Teams “shifts” section) has a lot of potential but currently there are very limited features.
