    Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion! We’ve released a similar version of this feature on our Android app that allows you to turn off notifications while you are working or while you are not working. This is a work in progress, so please feel free to let us know any suggestions and improvements.
    Thank you,
    StaffHub Support

    Hi everyone,

While we don’t have a connector to O365 Calendar yet, we have added support in Microsoft Flow that will allow you to add your new shifts to your Office 365, Outlook.com or Google calendars. You can find templates for these flows here: flow.microsoft.com/search/?q=staffhub

Please note that these flows currently only work for team managers, but we’ll soon update them to work for team members as well

    - Aby (StaffHub team)

But keep it effective until admin review, so the shift is in fact scheduled and the admin needs to review the worker justification in order to accept the change.

    Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion! We’ve released a preliminary version of this feature on our mobile devices that allows you to set how soon before your shift you are notified. This is a work in progress, so we’ll be improving on this feature. Let us know if you have any suggestions or ideas.
    Thanks,
    StaffHub Support

For time off you can select intervals, so this is working already. But I'd like this to apply to shifts, instead of having to configure daily. But, would still be nice if the option to request a shift change could apply to the day and also the entire scheduled shift.

In the monthly view it would be a good option to be able to filter it by worker, so each worker or the manager could get the view of only that specific schedule.

    Hi Everyone,
Thanks for all of your comments on this idea. We’re excited to say that we’re starting to work on surfacing more request functionality on web, starting with the ability to view and act on requests. This feature also would allow you to see on web a list of requests that are pending and done.
We will let you know as soon as it goes live!
    Thanks,
    StaffHub Team

This is a good idea, but it's also good to have the ability to have the same person in different groups and not have the shifts populate all groups automatically. In our case for example we have a separate group for the workers doing hotline service, and would be good not to have the regular shift transport to this group, since it's just doubled information in this case.
The best thing would be if by default shifts populate all groups but we have some checkbox or something that allows us to choose on the group if it populates from other groups or if it's isolated.

This could be added with some affinity or anti-affinity rules, for example we have shifts that end on Saturday, and as such, we could create a rule that prevents an automatic shift being created that would start on Sunday or even Monday. Or prevent that the same operator has two consecutive weeks doing shifts that start at 05AM. Or even that worker X and worker Y are paired together.

    Hello!

Thanks for reaching out with your suggestion. Here is one way you can create multiple shifts per day in the weekly schedule view on web. If you right click a day that already has a shift you’ll get the menu drop down. If you go to the last option in the menu “More” and then you’ll see in the sub menu an option to “Add Shift” to that day as a second shift. So multiple shifts could be possible this way. Please let us know if this works.

Can you provide a little more details about how you’re hoping to use specific colors for specific roles/people?

    Thanks!
    The StaffHub Team
