Hi,
We have added support in Microsoft Flow that will allow you to add your new shifts to your Office 365, Outlook.com or Google calendars. You can find templates for these flows here: flow.microsoft.com/search/?q=staffhub
Please note that these flows currently only work for team managers, but we’ll soon update them to work for team members as well

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your idea! We’re exploring this ability as we dig into allowing employees to review and edit their clock times, to be able to add any notes or reasons for the clocks. Hang tight, we’ll keep you updated on our progress!Cheers,

In the other clocking program we used with another PEO, the employee when there was a clocking error, could not change the error -- but would have to leave a note for the manager, who could then discuss the issues with the employee, and adjust the clocking as needed.

We have also started using Bookings for appointments, and I'd like it when staff has a day off that it be posted to their Outlook calendar so Bookings knows they are not available.
Similarly, if their requested time off gets approved, it should sync to their Outlook calendar and note there is a conflict with any existing appointments so they can be rescheduled if necessary.

Hello,
Thank you for your interest in this feature. We just want to let you know that we’re continuing to work on this functionality, but don’t have a timeline to announce at this time
Thanks,

I want my staff to be able to clock in by simply logging in to StaffHub on their PC -- and then we'd lock it down to THEIR PC by routable IP address, and perhaps NIC? When we used a web based clocking system, before we changed PEOs, they clocked in and out from their own workstations.
I'd also like to see this integrated with Teams so that StaffHub can be a tab in the Teams app (desktop and mobile), and the user can log in when they boot their computer.

We are working on bringing tasks to desktop so manager can have an overview of all the tasks and keep track of the progress. We will let you know as soon as it goes live!
@DavidMcKnight commented
I'd like the tasks tied into Teams. We're trying to consolidate to one set of products as opposed to 15.
In an earlier version of the app, we could copy an entire week, and paste it across future weeks. We can't do that now. We can only copy and paste one day at a time.
