We are working on cross team/ multiple teams feature. We will let you know as soon as it goes live!
We’re working on adding Employee Custom Fields, similar to the Team Custom Fields we’ve released. This would allow an organization to add an Employee ID field for each user, and will be available in reports.
I think they're working on this. You'll notice is Flows that the "IsManager" property of the GetMembers array is now unused and it's all stuck into RoleIds. I'm thinking they're going from Boolean to IDs on that field, meaning there might be more than just Manager/not manager.

Absolutely. Though "Copy and Paste" isn't bad, if you have 5+ Shifts it gets needlessly tedious to assign them, especially if you have 20+ team members.
Thanks for your patience! We’ve begun to rollout a feature for StaffHub messaging to share the same backend as Teams. We plan to hit 100% in the next few months, and will keep you all updated.
The StaffHub Team
Just wanted to give an update here. We are excited to start rolling out the ability to view, create, and act on requests on the web application over the course of the next month. We will let you know any updates and when the feature is available for everyone.
Thank you for your continued support and patience.
Fantastic. Will this be part of the upcoming update in the next few weeks?
Thanks for you feedback. This feature is planned to allow admins the ability to use PowerBI to run reports on the teams they’ve set-up in their organization and how the active members on those teams are using StaffHub.
While we don’t have a connector to O365 Calendar yet, we have added support in Microsoft Flow that will allow you to add your new shifts to your Office 365, Outlook.com or Google calendars. You can find templates for these flows here: flow.microsoft.com/search/?q=staffhub
Please note that these flows currently only work for team managers, but we’ll soon update them to work for team members as well
