When scheduling, it will be helpful to see the end of last week and the beginning of this week at the same time. Example, on Monday of this week I am trying to schedule Tuesday of this week. I would like to see who worked Thursday of last week because it is the same schedule as the upcoming Tuesday, but I don't want to have to flip back and forth.
I would like to be able to create base shifts. Grocery store example: I have cashiers and shelf stockers. I would like to create a shift named "Cashier - Morning", "Cashier - Evening", "Shelf Stocker - Morning", etc. These shifts would have typical hours and colors associated with them.
Then when I am scheduling for the week, I don't have to remember what other managers use for identifying a morning cashier shift.
Possibly the same idea, but our schedules change from day to day. We can't post a weekly schedule because we have work that may be weather dependent.

I've only been playing around for a few hours, but I don't see any warning of being scheduled in two places at once. Adding in that kind of warning would be great for writing the initial schedule.
