I can already populate teams in staff hub via DG's, however I would like the DG to Persist, so that if I take someone out of the DG, it ALSO takes them out of Staff Hub... and vice versa.
Why not target this by AD Distribution Groups? Better yet, have it SYNC with that group, so just adding someone to the DG adds them to staff hub?
If it is possible to make this happen automatically, that we a hiring manager can just add the new employee to a Teams Group, and automatically get an enrollment in a StaffHub team.

Thinking out loud I can see a couple of things that might be nice to have on the back end of the PC clock in.
- IP/MAC Address. = The IP is nice, but the MAC tells me exactly WHAT computer they signed in/out on.
- Authentication = They must sign into staff hub to sign in, I would assume, as in my case at least, we have a high employee headcount/turnover and entering an employee number/personal data/etc for every employee would eat up a lot of time.
- Manager Overview = Managers might benefit from the power to opt for an email or App Alert when an employee clocks in/out. If I have staff that might start clocking out early (large headcount) It would be nice to see those clock-outs in my email at 4:30 instead of 5:00, for example. Also, the ability for managers to edit those clock out times, (and of course leave a mark that they had edited it). If there is a sickness or personal emergency and the employee needs to leave, I'm certainly not going to bust their chops about clocking out first before they go. :)
Employee Reminders = If the employee goes beyond their scheduled periods of work, they get a reminder if they clock in, but don't clock out. I would like to see two. One about a minute before they clock out, and one 5 minutes after the shift end (if they forget to clock out).
That being said I am sure others can build on this, but these are a few ideas in this element I think would be a huge asset to the software.
We have heard this feedback and we are working on it.

Thanks for you feedback. This feature is planned to allow admins the ability to use PowerBI to run reports on the teams they’ve set-up in their organization and how the active members on those teams are using StaffHub.

This is a good thought.
I would suggest a "Switch" the employee can toggle. "On" means they always get messages (with a disclaimer they may be doing it on their own time ) or "Off" meaning they ONLY get messages within 30 minutes before, while working, and 30 minutes after their shift.

This is a very good idea.
We really REALLY RREEEAAALLLYYY need this.
I juggle a staff of 20 to 30 people who are all part timers and have a high call off\out rate.
Being able to set a schedule to be on going for the window of time it is needed would be CRITICAL. It is so much cleaner to just make adjustments and move on, than make those call off adjustments, and then have to UNDUE THEM when you copy the schedule forward to the next week or two.
I have enough points of data to track, trying to undue the changes in order to copy the schedule forward just feels like insult added to injury.
Can we have recurring shifts (like outlook calendar options). Daily, weekly, monthly (every 2 Tuesday, for example)? Also with ability to remove one instance without breaking the entire recurrence.
This would be very happy for long term scheduling. We are a school, so our techs work about the same hours and days for an entire semester. Then we change up for the next semester. So, the ability to fire up a schedule at the start of the 16 weeks, and only make minor changes along the way, is huge.
