We have added support in Microsoft Flow that will allow you to add your new shifts to your Office 365, Outlook.com or Google calendars. You can find templates for these flows here: flow.microsoft.com/search/?q=staffhub
Please note that these flows currently only work for team managers, but we’ll soon update them to work for team members as well

Will Shifts have this feature. I am not even sure what I would with 20 other people's work schedules in my Outlook calendar but my part-time student techs absolutely need their outlook calendars updated as their shifts are updated.
We also have an on-call shift that would be nice to designate in some way.
We have finally released this and have begun slowly rolling it out. To join the priority list for getting this feature, please enter your email address here:
I really need to have availability on the web. It turns out that I have an employee without a smartphone.
All but two of my staff are students and this is absolutely necessary.
Definitely, need to be able to update availability on the web page. Also, as availability changes from time to time, it would be nice to be able to post availability specific for certain dates not just for all time.
I employ students who come and go all day between classes. I would need something granular that informs me which hours which employee is available.
